Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials needed, and the complexity of the job. We provide clear estimates upfront so customers know what to expect before any work begins. There are no hidden fees, and any additional costs will be discussed and approved before moving forward. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, referrals, bundled services, or seasonal promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with understanding the customer’s needs, goals, and budget. We begin with an initial consultation or discussion to learn more about the project, answer any questions, and recommend the best solution. From there, we provide a clear estimate or proposal, review the timeline and next steps, and make sure the customer is comfortable before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the work professionally, keep the customer updated throughout the process, and follow up afterward to make sure they are fully satisfied.

I have completed education and training that directly relates to my work, including formal coursework, hands-on experience, and ongoing learning opportunities. Through my education, I developed skills in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and industry-specific knowledge.
