- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The IRS requires that we keep up with a minimum of 15 credit hours of Continuing Professional Education. All of our preparers do this and often much more.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily prepare taxes for individuals and small businesses. Of course many of those same people or businesses need help with bookkeeping and payroll services, both services we provide.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that your tax preparer is knowledgeable, and will take time to get to know you as an individual and what kind of business you operate. Too many people are put in cookie cutter tax preparation to get them in and out the door quickly. This allows for exemptions or credits to be missed.
