CITY WATER
City water in much of Florida is of terrible quality. Not only hardness but extremely high levels of chlorine and chlorimine. That is the taste and smell. In many cases the chlorine level is much higher than a pool. Itching? Frizzy hair? Breathing issues? These can all be chlorine induced and we can remove all of it with a simple whole house carbon tank
WELL WATER
Iron, hydrogen sulfide, bacteria, tannin? All issues we encounter daily and we are able to fix each and every one. Nasty water becomes drinking and bathing water instantly.
What we enjoy is turning bad water good, water that can be served at dinner, taken a bath in and showered in. Bad water to Good Water and at the best prices in the industry.

We had Ray from Water Guys put in our Iron Breaker and filter. He came out quickly, tested water, and gave us several options for watertreatment. Also, an option for a system to start with that we could add to (if needed) for desired results. He was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and completed work in a timely manner. We obtained a quote in Fall 2021 but did not installsystem until early Spring 2022. They were fair and a trustworthy company to honor quote, although material prices had gone up. We have had the system for a year now, and it works great! It was what we desired for water results, and we have not had to add to the system at all. Thank you, Ray and Water Guys!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on services provided, softeners are the same price in one zip code as another zip code. We dont start high and come down, we dont negotiate prices. We give our fair price up front. Though if you have another estimate we promise to beat it by 5% regardless of the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call us 2. Set up and do water test 3. discuss options 4. install the proper system
5. Always be available if there is a question 6. Never charge a service fee to look at system
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Wqa schools when they are available. You never know enough
