- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The nature of print and digital services entail customization inherently. No two projects are ever the same due to the difference in scale and functionality. For those reasons, we do not have a standard pricing system and instead provide tailor-made quotes depending on the services required from us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as they reach out to us, we ask them questions related to their requirements. Once we have them, we draft a proposal with our customized plan just for that customer. Unless changes are desired, we then finalize the proposal by sending an e-contract outlining the scope of work and respective expenses. The final step is the payment from the client's end, upon receipt of which we commence the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only hire individuals with at least a Bachelor's in their respective profession. Our team members come from some of the best universities in the world. We are Google Partners and have multiple certified professionals in design, development, SEO, PPC, social media and branding.
