**update** Derrick may know his stuff, but after he left, I still had no idea HOW anything worked, & when I needed to troubleshoot, he called me names & refused to work with me. Everything he installed is GENERIC & CHINESE with no way to even google for help. The ONLY outside help he offered was a number to CHINA where no one could help me at all. After 12 months I lost all access to my surveillance via laptop, & 6 months later I lost all access via iPhone. So I now have zero access except for the monitor wired to the dvr hub. DO NOT HIRE HIM! **end update** Great experience. I had to throw a curve ball at Derrick so that my security system can evolve around a remodel & he went with it no problem. Will have him back for updates to the system as things change. Actually came in $5 under Thumbtack estimate when numbers got crunched, so he knows his stuff.Jul 3, 2018Verified

I am very happy with the work performed on my home. I called and spoke to Derick and he was professional from the start and stopped by my house the same day and completed the work the same day. All of the connections were neatly made and the camera locations are perfect. My tech, Derrick, came to my home in the specified scheduled time. He was a very pleasant gentleman &, obviously, knew his business. He had my security DVR up & running in a very short time.
