ACT installed 4 outdoor cameras and 1 indoor doggie Cam. The job finish was impressive you can barely any cable inside the house considering it is a 2 storie. What impressed me the most compared to other companies is that you meet the owner, you negotiate with the owner, you see the owner during the installation. Why is this an advantage? Well let's say if something goes wrong (remeber this tis technology) Derrick will fix it until you are 100% satisified.

4 camera install with DVR. Can't say enough good about Derrick and Rob. Showed up on time, got to the job at hand. Kept me informed every step of the way. Even tackled a side job that another handyman from thumbtack screwed up bad. Talk about going above and beyond. The camera system is amazing, too! I'm on a mission to let people know about Derrick for all of their Home Security needs. And, by the way. ALL of this at a very competitive price.

Great experience. I had to throw a curve ball at Derrick so that my security system can evolve around a remodel & he went with it no problem. Will have him back for updates to the system as things change. Actually came in $5 under Thumbtack estimate when numbers got crunched, so he knows his stuff.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Information. I love when a customer ask me a 1,000 questions so I can give them a 1,000 correct answers. I love informing my customers so that they understand exactly what they're purchasing.
