Jean Paul and his team are the best in the business, hands down. Within 90m of my initial inquiry, he had a technician at my home, fixing the issue, in an expeditious manner. I was really impressed with his attention to detail and his ability to analyze the appliance. I really appreciated the communication throughout the process, as I was given a step by step account of every action, and even given an 1yr warranty as a courtesy. I had a issue with my knob on my washing machine, barley had it for 2 years . And had someone come out the day afterwords on the next day and turns out it was locked but I appreciate the person who thought me about my washing machine lol
