Jacob the technician that came on Saturday did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem but to save me money suggested that we wait til Monday when the labour would be cheaper. So Monday the technician Angel came and sure enough Jacobs diagnoses was spot on and Angel did an excellent job getting the AC working within less than 2 hours.And the total price for the repairs was quite reasonable. BTW I also have high praise for the office staff who were always friendly and very helpful every time I phoned. I highly recommend Ridge for any AC repair or install. Great job all; Keep up the good work!

Had Clarence out to my house for a standard maintenance and possible upgrade on my thermostat. He gave a wonderful service and provided information on the potential need for equipment that stops growth within the system. Found some growth within the air handler. He cleaned and cleared what was there and we decided to go ahead with the upgrades of the thermostat, the air scrubber, and UV light! Also found where the original company who installed the system left caps off and didnt do their best! Ridge is a 12/10 company and request Clarence! Best in class!

First class team from the ladies taking my call, Alan in parts, and Clarence the service technician. They worked as a team to overcome parts availability issues and had my mini split back in operation. The executive management supported a reduction in the bill due to the time to procure the part. They were very professional and will be my service provider and equipment supplier when a new HVAC system is required. Well done.

We had our yearly maintenance performed on our A/C unit by Angel Torres of Ridge Energy Savers. He is a very personal guy with great knowledge of the system and did a very professional job. We are very pleased with the work he did and would recommend him to anyone.

Woke up this morning to find our Heat Pump Compressor wasnt working. I called and spoke with Levi. He helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. It turns out my Ecobee thermostat has a factory default setting that was enabled. The factory default has the low temperature threshold set at 35 F. If the outside temperature drops below 35 F, the compressor will not work. Levi texted me some instructions on how to adjust the low temperature threshold. I adjusted the low threshold and now I have a warm house again! Thanks Levi!!!
