Lorenzo did an amazing job on my Lexus RX 200t. The car looks and feels like new again. He was very thorough with both the interior and exterior — the seats, floors, and all the small details were spotless, and the exterior had a deep, clean shine.
You can tell he really takes his time and cares about the quality of his work. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and showed up early.
