At the end of March of this year, my computer started to freeze up until I couldn't use it any longer. Since I use my computer to teach English classes via Zoom, it was urgent to get my computer up and running again. I spoke with Nick and he was very patient with me since I'm somewhat technologically challenged. He walked me through each step of the process very slowly and simply, clearly explaining each step as he went along. He fixed the problem within an hour and my computer has been functioning great ever since. I found him to be not only very knowledgeable and patient, but his explanations were easy to understand. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Quick repairs under 30 mins are $35, most fall into this category. More complex repairs that take up to an hour are $65. If for any reason I am unable to resolve your issue, you will not be charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When you contact me, I'll ask you to describe your issue & then will initiate a secure Remote Help session so that I can diagnose and repair it. You will be able to watch the whole process from your computer. If the problem cannot be fixed remotely, you will not be charged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been building, repairing and troubleshooting computers for 25 years - from Windows 3.1 to Windows 10!
