- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quick repairs under 30 mins are $35, most fall into this category. More complex repairs that take up to an hour are $65. If for any reason I am unable to resolve your issue, you will not be charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me, I'll ask you to describe your issue & then will initiate a secure Remote Help session so that I can diagnose and repair it. You will be able to watch the whole process from your computer. If the problem cannot be fixed remotely, you will not be charged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been building, repairing and troubleshooting computers for 25 years - from Windows 3.1 to Windows 10!
