I have always been nervous about going to the gym and working out. I never knew what to work on or how to use all the machines. I needed someone to tell me what to do and motivate me. When I saw on instagram that Dee was a personal trainer I knew I had to start sessions! I was so nervous the first day but Dee is amazing and I was motivated to work hard. He shows me each workout and will show me again and again if needed. He explains all my questions and truly motivates me to keep on pushing even when I’m tried and want to give up. I look forward to each workout with Dee and motivated to push myself to the best of my ability. If you need a personal trainer Dee is definitely your guy!

Very intelligent, educated, and professional young man who is skilled in his craft to bring fitness full-circle physically and mentally, for you to be grounded in having a more healthier quality of life. I love the fact that a workout session is not just a workout, it’s a transformation. I’m not a morning person. I’m a career woman and a business owner, working 12-16 hours per day. Dee challenged me to switch my night workout sessions to 5:30am, it was the best thing he could have suggested. I’m more focus, energetic, and my days are even more productive.
