Introduction: Matthew has completed 700 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and a 50 hour Meditation Training. Well versed in the ancient science of yoga and trained in four different styles of yoga, Matthew is prepared to offer a wide range of services that encompass the full eight limbs of yoga. With experience teaching ag some of the premier studios in South Florida, Matthew has experience working with all different types of students. Matthew is gentle and his own healing through yoga provides the spark needed to truly connect with others and help them grow. I look forward to connecting and seeing what we can do together.

Matthew is an extraordinary teacher! Not only is he skilled in guiding clients through yoga asana, but he incorporates modern, applicable yogic lifestyle recommendations and ancient yogic wisdom and philosophy into his teachings as well. He is continually learning and evolving, bringing new knowledge into his teaching. Oh, and his playlists are 🔥🔥🔥!
