Pedro did a great job. He responded quickly and gave alternatives to correct my ceiling repair. Pedro informed me of the steps it would take to fix my ceiling and explained the job in detail. He repaired the damaged sections and also repair another area that had been affected from the initial damage. He is the best! I will definitely recommend him and his company for future repairs.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The price I have for popcorn removal and knock down texture is . $0.99 cents a square foot, but the house or apartment has to be empty, 8ft to 10ft tall, and also at least 1,400 sqft. If the house is not empty I have to see it in or to calculate time and price, if the house has higher ceilings than 10ft I also rather see it for a better calculating and to see if I need scaffolding, same if it has sky lights or wood floors, all this things change the price a little higher not much but.. is better to see the house and get the right price from the start...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?To explain the process and walk everything thru so there no misunderstandings
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied 1yr and 1/2 of college for construction and I been working on remodeling since 2001
