I usually don’t write a review but I wanted to write a review for Ms. Paola. I never had a personal fitness trainer before, she is my first fitness trainer. On my first day I was very discouraged because I was having a lot of pain because I haven’t worked out in a long time. Now I feel very confident and comfortable to work out. She pushes you to the limit, she makes you feel confident that you can achieve anything because you’re strong. She’s a great trainer full with motivations that will push you to the top. I definitely recommend her, I’ve been with her for 3 weeks now I already feel great. Thank you Paola for being my personal fitness trainer.

Paola is an amazing personal trainer. She is always super quick to respond and the workouts will challenge you in the best ways. She is non judgemental and very tentative during the workout. You can tell she really wants to help. She even sent me a nutrition guide and gave me workout ideas for our off days. I would definitely recommend Paola!

Paola has been training me for a couple weeks now and I can already see the differences in my body! She is very knowledgeable and pays close attention to my form and the muscles I engage during each workout. Every session is different and she is prepared. She also does a great job suggesting habit changes that are easy to include in my daily routine to help speed my progress.
