I had the absolute pleasure of having Nicole as our sommelier for a Mediterranean-themed gathering, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. From the start, Nicole was super communicative, texting back and forth with us multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. She was punctual, super informative, and brought an amazing selection of wines that matched our theme to a T.
Not only did Nicole pick out exceptional wines that fit exactly what we were hoping for, but she also shared fascinating bits of history and personal anecdotes about each one. We got to hear about her experiences, including a memorable trip to Italy, which added such a personal and special touch. She even dressed perfectly to match the Mediterranean vibe of the evening, which showed how much care and thought she put into the whole experience.
Overall, Nicole was incredibly personable, made everyone feel comfortable asking questions, and turned the night into a truly memorable tasting event. If you need a sommelier who goes above and beyond, Nicole is absolutely the one to call!

I organized 16th birthday party for my son. Nicole did bar tending and did a fantastic job there. She suggested what material I should bring, came 30 min prior to the scheduled time, arranged her bar and took great care of the guest. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price quoted is for one hour of sommelier and education services, plus all pre-event consultation. If lengthy additional travel is required, or a client would like me to also research, select and transport the wines, a small additional fee will be applied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client is looking to work with me for an event I will do an introductory call or email in order to obtain all of the necessary details. I like to establish date, time, duration, number of guests, theme, wine budget, and any other specifics that will results in a successful event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a WSET (Wine & Spirits Education Trust) certified educator, and have been teaching professionally for nearly four years. I am also a French Wine Scholar, Spanish Wine Scholar, and completed the Italian Wine Scholar Prep course offered by the Wine Scholar Guild. Both WSET and WSG are globally recognized leaders in wine education.
