About
I am a sommelier and wine educator with more than four years of experience delivering quality lessons and tastings. My goal is for you to have fun while learning how to taste wine, understand and describe wines, how to pair with food, and more. I guarantee that you and your guests will find my tastings to be exciting and full of useful content, whether you are new to wine or have been tasting for years. You can request a special topic or choose from one of my curated lessons such as wine & cheese pairing, Spanish wines, Italian wines, and Wine 101. I can build an event around your wines or source and transport them for virtually any budget.
These tastings are perfect for birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate team building and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Nicole helped to make my at-home birthday celebration with a small group of friends so special! We had so much fun tasting wines and learned so much too! Nicole was professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. From getting a quote, to settling all the final touches of the evening, Nicole was very clear in her communication, responsive and professional. I highly recommend working with her!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Nicole as our sommelier for a Mediterranean-themed gathering, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. From the start, Nicole was super communicative, texting back and forth with us multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. She was punctual, super informative, and brought an amazing selection of wines that matched our theme to a T.
Not only did Nicole pick out exceptional wines that fit exactly what we were hoping for, but she also shared fascinating bits of history and personal anecdotes about each one. We got to hear about her experiences, including a memorable trip to Italy, which added such a personal and special touch. She even dressed perfectly to match the Mediterranean vibe of the evening, which showed how much care and thought she put into the whole experience.
Overall, Nicole was incredibly personable, made everyone feel comfortable asking questions, and turned the night into a truly memorable tasting event. If you need a sommelier who goes above and beyond, Nicole is absolutely the one to call!
