My husband and I purchased an older building for our business and we needed an experienced and honest building inspection and renovation service. A friend of ours recommended United Professional Engineering and we could not be happier with their services! The licensed professional engineer conducted a very thorough inspection of the property including foundation inspection, roof inspection and answered our questions with professionalism and patience. The structural restoration was by far the most hassle free and the communication and attention to detail was spectacular. We will definitely recommend their services to anyone needing a great engineering company!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of professional experience in the field. Licensed PE and CA.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Carmelo began his apprenticeship at an early age while working with his father in construction. He accumulated about 5,000 hours of construction experience over a span of 10 years. The process of the physical work to build a home began by digging the foundation with a shovel and wheelbarrow to the completion of the home. This apprenticeship pushed him in the direction of engineering, architecture and construction.

From large commercial properties, property managers and home owners to architects and construction companies.
