- What types of customers have you worked with?
As a personal trainer, I help my client reach their fitness goals. Goals can include weight loss, weight gain, strength training, performance training or general fitness. I design exercise programs to fit the specific needs of each client, based on fitness level, health condition, budget, etc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the trainer you hire is qualified and has a legitimate certification. There are many training certifications available, some require little to no training at all to obtain.
