I contacted Bolt Appliance Repair about a problem with my washing machine and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. No one showed up within the scheduled time frame and I ended up having to message them for an update. I did get a prompt response to my message. There had been an issue causing the delay (I get it - stuff happens.) and I was told another tech would be dispatched right away. Max arrived promptly. He was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, when he checked out my washer it was not practical to repair it. He verbally gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done, what the cost of the parts would be and approximately what the overall cost would be. He advised that he could fix it, but it would end up costing more than a new machine. Overall, I was impressed. Max seemed very knowledgeable (We talked about some of my other appliances also) and very patient and willing to answer my questions. I ended up paying a diagnostic fee (not cheap, but definitely not unreasonable) and it was worth it to know I really needed to buy a new machine and that it didn't just need some simple, quick fix. I hope I will not need any appliance repairs anytime soon, but I would definitely call them again if I do and I would recommend them to others.

Max from Bolt Appliance Repair was extremely quick to figure out what was wrong with my refrigerator. He repaired it in record time, and was very friendly and nice. I would hire them again. Great work and good value for the money!

BOLT appliance repair was prompt, and professional. Found problem with refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser immediately and fixed on-site. I have a GE Profile bought in mid 2020. Extended warranty expired a couple months ago. I had a GE profile previously for 9 yrs no problem. So happy BOLT was able to fix. Gave me advice on how to maintain the ice maker and water dispenser in the future. I will definitely call them for any future appliance repairs. I highly recommend. I give them an A+

Service person was businesslike, efficient, conscientious and through . Diagnosed problem quickly and returned to replace part next day at time promised. Cost estimate seemed high but I was unable to judge vs what others would charge.
