Max arrived promptly. He was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, when he checked out my washer it was not practical to repair it. He verbally gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done, what the cost of the parts would be and approximately what the overall cost would be. He advised that he could fix it, but it would end up costing more than a new machine.
Overall, I was impressed. Max seemed very knowledgeable (We talked about some of my other appliances also) and very patient and willing to answer my questions. I ended up paying a diagnostic fee (not cheap, but definitely not unreasonable) and it was worth it to know I really needed to buy a new machine and that it didn't just need some simple, quick fix.
I hope I will not need any appliance repairs anytime soon, but I would definitely call them again if I do and I would recommend them to others.
