Introduction: Over the years, I have lived by the mantra, “Do what you say you’re going to.” When providing services such as the ones we offer (carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, and so forth), these are very private services. These items that we service are not only expensive, but your family, children, and friends also walk, sit, lie on, and use them regularly. You invite someone or multiple people into your home to provide these services and clean them, never knowing their background and trusting that the company that you hired did their part to protect you and your family. You also believe that the person or people providing the services are adequately trained and familiar with the fabrics and chemicals they are using. For us, it’s quite simple. We don’t try to pretend we are something we are not. I’m the owner and the operator of the company. I’m the one performing your work. I’m the one selecting the proper cleaning techniques and chemicals to clean and extend the longevity of whatever it is that I am cleaning. My cleaning process is Certified Platinum by the Carpet and Rug Institute, and none of the other national companies can say that (or any other company around that I know of). Why? Because the cleaning process is more time-intensive, the use of pet and child-friendly chemicals is more expensive, and the entire process takes more time. I don’t rush through the jobs for the day scheduled by the production manager. I take my time, and I treat each like it was my own. Yes, our price is about 20% more than the other “coupon” or “bait and switch” companies, but it’s quite simple. I stand behind my service, and my reputation speaks for itself unequivocally. I will never knowingly disappoint you, ever, and if for some reason you are, I will refund your service 100% with no questions asked. I have invested in the most environmentally minded, pet- and child-friendly chemicals and equipment to ensure you receive the most impressive and cleanest service possible.
You don’t have to be a rocket scientist or college professor to understand this narrative. To properly clean one carpeted room takes about 45 minutes, and this does not include the extremely critical drying process. And I always wait until the room is dry (as this is when wicking, residue, crunchiness, and re-soling become evident). The standard room uses about $4.00 in quality chemicals to be appropriately cleaned. So, on top of the quality labor, chemicals, equipment, overhead, travel time, etc., how can anyone possibly charge only $100 to clean three rooms? They cut corners. I often use Wendy’s as an analogy in this case. I’m like Wendy’s with square patties because I don’t cut corners. Therefore, think about your investment before you select one of the cheap guys. It’s much less expensive to have your job done right the first time.
I look forward to earning your business!
