- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At AIM Service Group we are dedicated to ensuring all of our clients have a first class experience. When it comes to a customers AC repair or AC replacement project, we understand that often times new clients are hesitant of who they can trust. Our main focus has been to establish a trusting relationship with our clients while ensuring they are comfortable with our services provided. Our professionally trained technicians, will offer several options to find a permanent solution while keeping your families budget in mind!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As you may know, our industry is moving quickly towards high efficiency air conditioning equipment. Each of our technicians spend countless hours a week training on the new technology being presented to our industry. A focus on training allows our technicians to implement reliability, efficiency, and premier air quality into our clients homes!
