I was quoted a reasonable price for HVAC maintenance. Everything was checked, coils were cleaned, drain lines cleared and was not pressured into anything more. Michael was very professional and polite. He did point out that the drier filter on my condenser has signs of rust. Nothing that needs immediate attention though. All in all, a good company and team members. I highly recommend.
Mikey was a god send for us last night. It was 86 degrees in the house and he came over within a couple of hours to determine the issue why our outside compressor wasn't blowing cold air. He didn't try to upsell us, he didn't replace anything that didn't need replacing, he fixed the problem and just charged us for coming out. Mikey is an honest, hardworking guy out here helping people with his talents. Hire AIM if you want your hvac problems fixed without any excuses or an expensive bill. They'll also renew your faith in good people in this world.

we had to move a LOUD condenser heat pump from a metal wall bracket bolted to outside a bed room wall and relocate to a concrete pad on the ground( where it should have been in the first place , T-Morrison taking shortcuts) good job guys, very nice finish and perfectly level
