Hugh, the owner, showed up on time, he was curteous, friendly, respectful of my home and worked quickly but until after explaining the issue and what he recommended. Didnt try to push a new unit on me like the last company and explained why a new unit wasnt even necessary. He seemed trustworthy and honest. Fair priced and efficient. Thanks for the quit reply to my inquiry and showing up on time Hugh!
