- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When receiving a request for an estimate on installing a new air conditioner, we usually respond with (Need more Information). The reason for this is there are many factors involved in the pricing of an installation. The size, brand, location of unit, seer rating and desired features are all important in determining the final price. We can give the most accurate estimate by going to the job site to meet with the customer, listen to their requests and concerns and to take proper measurements that are needed to determine the right size of unit for the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We focus on customer service and professionalism from the very beginning, as we want our customers to feel comfortable using our services. We give them all of the options available and never have any hidden costs. Hopefully, they will call again in the future and possibly recommend us to their friends and family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida State Certified Licensed Air Conditioning and Plumbing Contractor. I am also a certified NATE technician (North American Technician Excellence).
