- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will always be upfront and will include options. We do offer military, senior, and new customer discount, so please mention them at the time of service:)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy working with new customers because we can truly educate them on their equipment as well as options that are out there whether it’s a budget, friendly, or more of a high-end solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have attended over 1000 hours of education in the HVAC field from heat pumps to air conditioners, furnaces, hydronic systems, mini splits boiler systems, and even large chillers I have over 16 years of experience in this field
