My name is Bill. I am the owner of Vortex Heating & Cooling. I have been in the HVAC industry for 23+ years. Or I could say the HVAC industry has been in my life & in my family for 23+ years. I started at my Dad's AC company, in the warehouse, to get my feet in the door. I continued to climb the ropes, learning all the ins & outs of each position. Eventually, I opened my own AC company. Bill's first response was "I can help". Arrived at the beginning of his time window, quickly diagnosed the issue, while taking time to answer my questions and explain to me what he was doing along the process. He managed to replace only the component that was faulty as opposed to trying to sell me an entire unit which is what many other established brand companies will do. I will never call another company so long as Bill and his company are available.
