- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Framing a house or hanging the drywall boards is standard. But when it comes to custom work. The pricing ranges are up and down.I believe there is a diference in a House- and a Home. I built my house and made the frame and drywall into a beautiful cozy home. Crown moldings hardwood floors. Large Casings Wood window sills pediments over doors. Brick fire place Hardwood oak Mantel. Matching oak stair treads and railings. Hickory hardwood cabinets. two story Home with wrap around porches, breezeway between the house and garage. Dormers on the roof. Big columns across the front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to them intently so I will know how to advise them and help them make the proper decision on how they want the finish product to look.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands on experience and training from older gentlemen in the trade. And working on lots of High End Houses and looking at Lots of finished job and seeing the correct way of doing things along with the finish work. The finish product is the final touch on a masterpiece. And that is where the satisfaction in our finished work lies in the job well done.
