- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would prefer to know and or see as much as i could pertaining to the job so i can give the fairest most competitive price possible .The end result would either be a negotiated flat rate or a set hourly rate plus materials depending on what the customer is comfortable with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet and introduce myself and verify the issue or work they would like to have done with a price (if possible when not on site).If that is not possible i would suggest an on - site estimate if possible.Offer any information pertaining to my experience level,license,insurance if needed.Suggest ways to fullfill their needs at the lowest possible price without waste or sacrificing quality or safety.Provide a cost effective estimate in a timely manner.Let them know i am looking forward to taking care of their needs and hope to hear from them in the future

Alexander Hamilton vocational and technical high school in New York City 1975-1977, Employed with various Electrical contractors in the New York city area from 1971-1984,Pinellas county florida 1984-1986.Hillsborough ,Pinellas ,Pasco county Master Electrician 1986-2002, State of Florida Master Electrician 2003-present.
