We had Sam come out and take a look at our d water softener. He not only was he able to correctly diagnose what issues we were having but steer in the right direction while adjusting and fixing our old and once our new water softener was replaced, he made sure it was set up properly and service accordingly. Since then, I have made sure if I have any plumbing needs Sam as the person I would want to service my house.
