We did not move forward with our project at this time as it was a bit outside of our current budget, but working with Mo to get a quote was a painless experience. If we move forward we will definitely consider he and his team.

If you are looking for people with integrity and skill to give you a good finished product, then Iconic Construction should be at the top of your list. We got their quote for major remodeling work and thought they were high, then when I sat down to see what they are including in their price, it was clear why everyone else was cheaper. Iconic Construction were including material and other essential items that their competitors excluded.I prefer to have no surprise later. They ended up working around our schedule and were flexible with the changes we requested.Overall, this was a very positive experience.
