Alex showed up right on time went right to work and knew what the problem was a frozen drain line gave me the estimate and went right to work. Took him about 45 minutes to repair the problem and advised me how to avoid it happening again. It was a good experience would hire this company again, will let my neighbors know if they ever need work done. GREAT JOB ALEX

Big Sam Appliance Repair definitely deserves a 5 Star rating. From beginning to end everything went off like clock work. I received a phone call back within minutes after putting in my request. I was notified when Phillip was en route. Phillip knew exactly what was wrong with the clogged/frozen drain line on my Samsung refrigerator just from my description of what was happening. He went right to work and had the issue solved within an hour. Professional, courtesy, on time and had all the tools needed in order to do the job. I would definitely hire Big Sam Appliance Repair again.
