Free estimates for most projects after an on-site evaluation. Transparent pricing — labor and materials are clearly explained before work begins. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, referrals, or bundled projects. Deposit required to secure scheduling and purchase materials (typically a percentage of the total). Materials are billed separately unless otherwise stated in the estimate. Additional work or changes requested after the job starts may result in a price adjustment, which will always be discussed and approved first. No hidden fees — disposal, delivery, or specialty work will be listed upfront if applicable. Payment methods accepted: cash, Zelle, Venmo, or check (no credit cards unless specified).
