Han-D-Man Pro is a father-and-son construction company built on three things: Honesty, Integrity and Trust.
Bathroom remodeling is what we do best - full gut renovations, custom tile showers, tub-to-shower conversions, vanities, flooring, and everything in between. We also handle kitchens, tile, doors, and general handyman work around the house.
Together we bring over 20 years of combined experience. Edwin's background is in construction, and Armando has over 6 years with the company. These guys are great! Gave me a fantastic quote to replace a vanity sink that was under-mounted into the countertop. Other companies wouldn’t even mess with the project - but Han-D-Man Pro finished the job in less than two hours. Would hire again in a heartbeat - thanks guys!

Armando and his dad Edwin are wonderful! I'm not an easy client - I'm an interior designer.. I started out wanting a door installed and ended up having them redo the whole bathroom except the tub. I did this because I had confidence that they would do a great job and they did. Beautiful workmanship. Very patient. Punctual. Good pricing. They itemized each task so I could pick and choose. I will definitely hire them again.

I used Edwin and crew for a bathroom update. They redid the light fixtures, added a mirror frame and installed laminate. I am beyond happy with their work and professionalism. I would def hire again and highly recommend! Thank you Han-d-man Pro!

Armando is amazing!! He put new doors in throughout our entire home. He and his dad were always on time, so pleasant and professional, and kept us updated the entire time. They cleaned up everything after they were done and the final look of the doors is awesome. We are looking for more projects around the house now that will let us hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free, and we itemize them line by line so you can see what each part of the job costs and decide what to include. Nothing is hidden in a lump sum. For larger remodels we work off a written proposal with a deposit and progress payments, so you always know what's been paid and what's left. If we run into something unexpected behind a wall, you hear about it and approve the cost before we keep going. We accept cash, check, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a quick phone call so we understand what you're after. Then we come out in person, look at the space, and take measurements. You get a written, itemized estimate, usually within a couple of days. Once you approve it we set a start date, order materials, and give you a realistic timeline instead of an optimistic one. While we're working you'll hear from us as the job moves, and at the end we walk the space together. We don't call it finished until you're happy with it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Edwin came up through construction and trained Armando on the job, side by side, which is how we ended up working together. Between us that's over 20 years of combined hands-on experience across bathrooms, kitchens, tile, and general home repair. We keep up with new materials and methods through manufacturer training, and we're never too proud to stop and look something up before we cut.
