DPS installed new flooring throughout our downstairs, and we had a very positive experience. They responded quickly to our inquiry through Thumbtack and offered competitive pricing. They were also flexible with scheduling and worked with us to complete the project before an event we were hosting, which we really appreciated.
We had two different crews—one for the luxury vinyl plank flooring and one for the tile installation. Both crews were courteous, professional, and worked hard to do a quality job. Whenever we had questions or concerns about a few areas, they took the time to discuss possible solutions with us. They even returned to make an adjustment so everything met our expectations.
Overall, we were pleased with their
customer service, responsiveness, and willingness to ensure we were satisfied with the finished project.

We are not the least expensive but we are not the most expensive for the experience and with us being a general contractor our pricing is amazing and very competitive
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client onsite and discuss project if price works in budget we write contract up onsite take deposits and project gets scheduled immediately with our first open dates to start
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an abundance of training we are a licensed general contractor company and very educated and knowledgeable in our grill
