- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair. We will never overprice you, or underprice either. We work with some flooring providers that will be able to give you some material discounts as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the person, learn what they want and what are their goals. After that I’ll try and get some samples so they can pick something out. If they don’t like any of the samples, or if they already have something picked out, that is not a problem. Next step is scheduling, then project time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied for 4 years in Brazil Material Engineering. That helps when it comes to material quality and subfloor analysis. My dad was an industrial engineer in Brazil.
