Fast and friendly at first, I even offered our old estimated typed up in excel to expedite him in his pricing so he did not have to type out 3 pages and never recieved his estimate for 3 days and then no returned messages. Very unprofessional if your that busy dont go price a job, if you can't do all the work listed then say so but to just not reply at all is rude. We did not price out othere as we are in a hurry and didnt have time to have 3 companies out. I did recieve a text from his wife (right after I posted my review) that he had been in a car accident and was not able to do the job. That was appreciated and professional of his wife. I feel bad for my review as he was not being unprofessional the other days but he still took longer than what I would expect in giving me a price for demo of a shower and install of a new tile shower. I hope his partner can get back to me tomorrow.
