Serif is amazing! He is extremely reliable in communication and even came a bit early so we could decorate the limo! The original limo we had on our ride to our daughter's graduation was not available for our pick up time, and he accommodated us with another incredible limo and had it all decorated when we were picked up. Now that is outstanding customer service, we will definitely be using his company in the future, thank you Serif!

Booking and day-of communication were seamless. Sherif, the driver, was very nice and professional. The bus was clean and comfortable. We added extra snacks for the drive home. Very thankful for their beverages that were included. With 15 kids, the sound system was perfect for their long journey. The group had a great time and memories were made.
