- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing. I charge $50 for a mini but the location is not as optional as it is when you pay by the hour. (although I will travel because I like an adventure) By the hour, I charge $100 per hr. This includes my travel, time, time in editing, and making sure you get what you want from your photo shoot. I want to please the customer / long time friend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personally I like speaking to clients regularly but with the hustle and bustle of todays times, email and texting are great ways to communicate, especially when multiple people are involved in time scheduling. I am flexible and want to make the client know that I am there to accommodate them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly I am self taught but I attended the Pittsburg Schools for the Arts online.
