- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is all inclusive of fees & taxes. We don't do the bait & switch a ton of our competition does. If we say it's $125 to do your Driveway & Sidewalk, that's what it is! We believe in the simple approach to quoting and pricing. We may not always be the cheapest, but we firmly believe you get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple, just send us a few pictures of your property and what exactly you'd like pressure washed, once you've done that, we'll get you an instant quote! No need to be home, no need for us to be there to quote you. Once you approve the quote, we get you scheduled - sometimes as soon as the next day - and we'll be there on time to get your project completed as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business for several years, so we have the hands on experience and equipment training needed to carefully complete the job every time.
