- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tailor each package to our homeowner's needs and offer great financing options up to 15 years to find the right program for each customer. We also have discount for active military and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will create a customer Roof Pack(Edge) report for each homeowner. This will give them a Roof Health Score, data on pervious weather activity the home has experienced, photos of current issues with their roof, financing options, a ventilation calculator, roof measurements and warranty info.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured and are certified with GAF to offer manufacturer backed workmanship
