Overall I would say I am happy with what Pedro and the team did. The kitchen backsplash turned out great. The transition piece into the bathroom was installed well. The only hitch was in the bathroom backsplash. There was some staining that came about on my quartz countertop as a result of the installation. Pedro was willing to discount his original quote and amend the situation. I appreciate that. Apart from that I would say they did a good job.

Pedro and his father Marcelo are excellent tile artisans. They helped us remove four rooms of ugly tile from the 23 year old house we bought and replace it with a modern tile of our choosing. They also installed a new kitchen backsplash to make our old kitchen look like a new one. They were on time every day, did excellent work and explained everything before they did it so we could make the best decisions possible. I will never hire another tile company. They were excellent in every way.
