Arthur actually came to evaluate the unit on a Sunday driving over 40 minutes to our home. He diagnosed the problem and explained in detail why the unit broke and why it was worth repairing. In the midst of this crisis he ordered the part and repaired our TV in less than a week! I am so happy we called him and would highly recommend him in the future.

Arthur was absolutely amazing. He came say day and had my tv issue diagnosis with minutes. From there he kept in communication on when new parts would be available. Within 5 days he was back at my house and had my TV back up and running. I will gladly call him back anytime for any other TV repairs.
