I was new to Thumbtack and skeptical because I didn’t know anything about the process however Jay was excellent to do business with. He answered promptly, scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and performed outstanding work. He is very professional. Unintentionally i had him wait in parking garage for half an hour and he was very gracious about it. He could've left but didn't. His work was well done and explained to me. As far as my training goes I've worked as a contractor for a leading cable company in the area and as a field technician for a leading alarm company also. I have about 5+ years of professional installation experience.
