I've never been particularly tech savvy so I was especially grateful to Greg when he stepped up to help me with laptop issues while I was in the middle of writing my thesis. Not only had my computer stopped connecting to my printer and external hard drive but it was running really slowly while I was uploading images from my SD cards. I do not know the exact terms for how he fixed my computer. All I know is that he did and he kind of saved the day. Definitely comes through in a pinch, will help explain in plain terms what the problem is and how he'll fix it for you. Would use him again in the future!
