You really can't find a personal trainer with this much experience for this price!
Aly was my soccer coach and trainer for years, and now has over 20 years of experience! She has done everything from helping older people walk again, to train people for intense fitness competitions...
She's one of the few trainers out there that will actually do a full body fat analysis and nutrition plan along with her training. She will do training at the gym, in your home, or e-consulting if you're a train-on-your-own type like me.
I would trust just any joe-schmo trainer out there who just got their certification...kinda scary. You can really tell this is her passion, and she really cares about her clients. Go ALY!
