- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, we require a downpayment for services as well as milestone payments as the project progresses, until the balance has been satisfied. All payments and dues are thoroughly discussed in advance, so that there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a call, zoom, or in person meeting so that we can get to now one another and also so that we can learn more about what your organizations needs are. After the call we typically follow up with how we can help as well as a detailed scope of work. Once the business owner/s review the scope detail and give confirmation, we begin working on the project immediately.
