l can't recommend Chef Anthony/HatsOffToDiningCatering more HIGHLY! My group of 11 hired Chef Anthony for a private chef event in the Tampa area and have nothing but great things to say about the experience. The quality of the food, the service from arrival to clean-up, and the professionalism throughout was top-notch. From my first outreach, Chef Anthony responded to each of my texts/calls within 1 MINUTE! His menu and price-points were accommodating and he worked with me to craft a tailored-dinner for the occasion. He and his team arrived on time, made a special dinner, served-us, cleaned-up, and included a surprise course as well. Do yourself a favor and select Chef Anthony for your event, you will not be disappointed!

Chef Anthony was amazing! I booked him for my dad’s 60th birthday (last minute too) and he was on it right away and so accommodating. He called and talked me through the process as this was our first time trying a private chef and was very detailed and patient. The day of went so smoothly and the food was incredible!! We tore that food up lol especially the catfish, brie, and dessert. He was friendly, talked to us about his process with the dishes, and left the kitchen spotless when done. It was such a special experience. Thank you chef!

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Anthony. He cooked a five course family dinner for 11 people. He spent plenty of time with me designing the menu and was quick to respond throughout the entire process.

Chef Anthony is simply amazing! I’m so happy we found him. From the beginning, his professionalism and kindness made him stand out compared to others. His food selection was delicious and it is fiiiiiiiine dining! Originally, we confirmed for an intimate dinner for 4. Chef Anthony accommodated everything we wanted and was so easy to work with. Then on the day of the dinner, 4 hours before chef Anthony was suppose to arrive, we added 7 more guest last minute. And you know what? Chef Anthony came through and delivered beyond our expectations! Given the short notice, he was so understanding and patient. He asked questions about the guests, their likes, and food allergies. It’s the genuine gesture that really made us adore chef Anthony even more. I highly recommend him! The food is premium, the service was superior. Everything was perfect!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We are very competitive in our pricing. But know that we take great care in what recipes we develop. Our goal is to have every dish be excellent on it's own so nothing is an after thought. This is one reason why we have repeat customers for so many of our dishes.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First and foremost are there any food allergies that we need to know about. Secondly, what is their perfect menu and will it match their budget. We want to be totally transparent on cost, ingredients and quality. Thirdly, service type. Buffets (Served and Self Serve), Sit Down Dinners all have a different cost because of man or woman power needed and portion control of the food. Once these expectations are discussed there is less room for misunderstandings.
