My heat had gone out during our very cold weather. Eric was able to come out the same day. He didn’t have the exact part but he had something that would work for a few days while he got the right part. Thankfully we had heat back. He came back out after two days and installed the correct part. Very professional and reasonable in price.

Cascade did a great job bleeding my baseboard heating lines. I had Logan Mechanical come out a couple months ago. They charged me 700 for the lines to be bleed and changing out some leaky pipes on my boiler. The tech from Logan Mechanical was also creepy as hell. Erik figured out that the pipe they replaced was leaking, didn’t try to upsell me to fix it right now, told me we could do it next year when the boiler was drained for general maintenance, he was a good guy, charged me a fair price and took care of my heating issues. Thanks Erik.

Our A/C broke last night during this brutally hot Summer season. First thing in the morning, I hopped on Thumbtack and sent requests for HVAC repairs. Within minutes of submitting the request, Erik responded and confirmed an appointment for the same morning. He arrived on time, fixed the furnace, and gave our whole HVAC system a check. He identified areas for us to keep an eye on and some problems we might want to fix at a later date. No pressure, no upselling. His repair work was excellent, his prices were very reasonable, and his work saved us quickly from this brutal heat. He’s our new, go-to HVAC guy.
