Another repair service I contacted recommended buying a new printer and they would a$$i$t in setting it up. Hewlitt-Packard also recommended a new printer, stating parts were no longer available for mine. Authorized Office Systems diagnosed the issue over the phone, and repaired my existing printer at a fraction of the cost of a new printer, saving me from trashing a perfectly good printer.

I had the representative come out to my home since I could not carry my large Brother multi-function printer which I NEED for my work from home. The rep was GREAT!!! He fixed it and it now works perfectly and it took less than an hour. I highly highly recommend this company. My rep was Kurt and he was as nice as could be!!

Bill wasn't able to fix my printer because the part that broke is not replaceable, however after talking to him while he was working on figuring out what was wrong with my ADF, it was apparent that he really knows his job. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard shop price is $69.00 due at drop off plus any parts or supplies. If we travel to a customers location, the charge is $120.00 for the hour starting at the customers door.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either go to the customer location or they can bring it to our shop. Repairs are usually competed within the hour. We take checks, cash or credit cards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years training on all makes and models of printers and copiers
