Where do I start!? Just in time Event planning is the best for all brides, even DIY/Pinterest inspired brides like myself. They were always available to guide me even down to helping me order all the bridesmaids dresses and groomsmen suit rentals. My planner had great taste and pays attention to all the little details. She exceeded my expectations and made my fairytale wedding come to life. She made every part of planning our wedding, very organized and detailed, and it gave us a piece of mind. Everything came together so perfectly on the day of the wedding with our coordinator’s help. She got everything in place and everyone loved that.
I receive so many compliments about the wedding. I highly recommend Just in time even plenty for all your wedding planning needs. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They are so welcoming and so compassionate. They communicated great and worked so well as a team. They provide packages with wedding planning and decoration because I didn’t know how important it was to have both, but they even explained that to me so that I didn’t have to worry about anything during the wedding planning but writting my vowels.
She is very skilled with different types of editing software. She took our wedding photos for invitations and designs were exquisite. She also created us a beautiful video of our love story on Canva with my proposal song. She is a rockstar. Definitely an all inclusive experience for any bride to be
She curated a detailed day-of timeline and helped facilitate our dress rehearsal. She kept us on track throughout the day, made sure we were hydrated and on time. We used their in-house decor, which made it very affordable. And she’s also was DIY bride so she helped me create all of the beautiful designs for my beautiful wedding. The caterer and venue that they chose was spot on with the vision I had for my beautiful wedding. Just in time was what I needed for my quick wedding. They pulled everything off in 2 months and it was affordable! Didn’t know it could be done. I thank God for Just In Time Event Planning!

I was referred by a family friend to this company because of such great work that they’ve done in the past. It was such a blessing that just in time event planning was available to plan, coordinate and effectively execute our wedding. It was a dream come true! Our wedding planner flew in from Florida to San Antonio and spent the weekend helping us plan out every detail. She was punctual, professional, and she adapted very well to time constraints for guests and vendors. She exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Such a great person to work with all around. They worked with our budget and were able to make my childhood dream of having a wedding by the water happen in my budget. Our visions for our wedding were definitely surpassed by our wedding planner.
Through the process I felt no stress and no burden because just in time was able to help me discover the beauty in picking the right colors and coordinating all of the little intricate details on a budget and with such limited time. Even down to helpIng me design my Bridal bouquet. She worked tirelessly to pull off my childhood dream wedding in a month!
There was not a task that was too big for her. She's so creative and is very tech savvy. Her attention to detail was marvelous. The way she designed our invitations and incorporated. Our engagement Photos were breathtaking. I couldn't imagine a better invitation card that is like its own memorabilia. We were on such a tight budget that she was even able to take our engagement photos for us and schedule it at a beautiful botanical garden like I always wanted. What stood out to me the most was her improvising skills. She made it very convenient for our guest to make it to the reception hall altogether by booking a ferry ride off of the Riverwalk near where we got married (On Marriage Island). She even planned a champagne toast with individual keepsake wine bottles with our engagement photo on it. She’s amazing!!!!!!
With this wedding being last minute I did not think I would be able to have all these goals actually be met but My wedding planner never turned down an idea but instead helped the dream come to life. Thank you so much Just in Time Event Planning. You all are Heaven sent !

I can't say enough about how amazing the event was. From the moment we walked in, the decor set the perfect tone—elegant table settings, and cozy, inviting corners for conversation. The attention to detail was incredible, from the floral centerpieces to picture areas. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it truly felt like a safe space for women to connect. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. As always, Elmina went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt special. The energy was uplifting, and I walked away feeling rejuvenated and inspired. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on intimate weddings if someone is looking for a more micro wedding prices can decrease, and if someone is looking for a larger style wedding prices would increase slightly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a 45 minute wedding consultation and the rest is fun exciting planning. We are the maid of honors you prayed for. We attend all your important meetings, including picking the dress if needed.
