One of the brackets holding our under mount sink broke on Sunday night. I started looking for plumbers to call Monday and noted the positive reviews for Hi-Flo. I contacted them Monday morning and he was there that same afternoon. The sink looks better now than when it was brand new, and he showed me where he put the new brackets and how long to wait for everything to be ready to use. He was professional and the cost to fix the issue was reasonable. I think we have found our go-to plumbing company!

John was quick to respond to my inquiry. Called ahead to confirm the appointment. Assessed the repair and gave me an option to repair or replace. I went with the replacement because he gave me such a good deal. He replaced it on the spot and did a wonderful job. He also replaced the builder grade plastic fittings and the shut off valve with metal ones. I will definitely call him the next time I need plumbing help. Thank you John!
